Senior Fellowship

“King’s Seniors” activities organized to promote fellowship and continued growth in the Lord’s work for our church family members age 55 and up.

Cleo Yancy, the Luncheon & Activities Organizer, along with other volunteers (the Lord willing), plans a potluck luncheon for the 2nd Tuesday of the month from September through May. (We take the summer off to see grand-kids, travel, etc.)

We get together to have lunch, visit, pray, and share God’s Word in order to stay connected and active in fellowship, worship and study. On occasion, Cleo may come up with a short program to entertain us while we gather.

Cinco de Mayo theme luncheon at Roger and Estelle Richardson’s home.

“shepherd the flock of God among you, exercising oversight not under compulsion, but voluntarily, according to the will of God; and not for sordid gain, but with eagerness; nor yet as lording it over those allotted to your charge, but proving to be examples to the flock.”

1 Peter 5: 2-3 NASB
