Our Basic Beliefs

There is one and only one living and true God. He is an intelligent, spiritual and personal Being, the Creator, Redeemer, Preserver, and Ruler of the universe. Eternally existent in Three Persons ~ God the Father ~ God the Son ~ God the Holy Spirit.

God created man perfect and innocent, but man chose to disobey God and because of that decision, sin entered the world and death because of sin.

Because of his love for man, God provided a way back to that innocent state through the death of Jesus on the cross, the shedding of His blood, and His resurrection from the dead.

If any person would put their faith in Jesus as Savior their sins would be forgiven and their eternal address would now be heaven. If any person rejects Jesus as Savior their eternal address would be hell.

The Word of God is the map, the GPS, which we need to find our way in life. It is completely inspired (God breathed) in both words and concepts and has all the wisdom needed for all situations. It is inerrant (without error) and recorded accurately. All that the Bible speaks of is true. There are no historical or scientific errors in the teaching of the Bible. It is God’s communication to us and is just as relevant today as it was when it was written.

There will be a day when Jesus comes back to earth as He said He would. Every day we are 24 hours closer to that amazing reality.
